About MD++


MD++ is one of the main simulation programs used in Prof. Wei Cai's group. It has been used to construct the test cases in the book Computer Simulations of Dislocations by Dr. Vasily Bulatov and Wei Cai. It has also been used in the course ME346B Introduction to Molecular Simulations at Stanford University.
