Enable TK=yes option in make.  Default is TK=no.  When MD++ is compiled with TK=yes, a dialog window appears at the end of the simulation, in which the user can type in more commands to assess simulation data (e.g. MD++_Get NP) or to continue the simulation (e.g. MD++ eval).
