Gnuplot is a powerful freeware for plotting both 2D and 3D figures. You can visit the official webpage http://www.gnuplot.info/download.html to find a suitable package for your operating system. This program has already been installed on the mc2 cluster. After logging on the cluster and entering the directory where you store your data, you can directly type gnuplot to start the program.
